package commences with the distribution of a comprehensive manual detailing
deadlines, collection and consolidation arrangements packing/labelling
requirements, insurance options and customs requirements for overseas
shipments.
A personalised telephone
follow up is made to discuss exhibitors individual requirements.
ELF
arrange a convenient collection date from exhibitors premises, or receipt
at our consolidation point.
ELF
effect a direct delivery to exhibition centre to reduce the risks of
overhandling.

offer unpacking positioning and installation
of exhibits directly onto the stand in accordance with submitted instructions
and stand plans.
ELF's
fleet includes specially designed vehicles with onboard handling &
loading equipment.

experienced site representatives will be in attendance during the build
up, duration and break down period of the exhibition to assist with
all site handling activities.
An empty case storage
service is available to store all crating & packing materials during
the event.
ELF
will make all the necessary arrangements to return consignments to their
point of origin, to any destination or onwards to another exhibition.
Continual client contact is maintained throughout, and until the exhibition
materials reach their final destination after the event.
